Stand out feature: Held-quality sportbike gloves with Gore-Tex Goregrip. Pricey, but the best-of-the-best never comes cheap.

Drystar Performance and Gore-Tex Goregrip are similar in terms of their performance, but the same in that the membrane is bonded to the shell.

Stand out feature: The Drystar Performance membrane means the shell fabric and the membrane are bonded for excellent grip and road-feel.

Best for: Summer, Mid-season. Daily riding, Touring, Sport.

10. Spada Enforcer Leather Gloves

The Spada Enforcer gloves are waterproof and reasonable breathable. The leather shell makes them a good ‘buy’ for durability at the value price end. Styled for sports riders the Thinsulate thermal lining makes these gloves great for colder mid-season weather. They are not the most breathable, which means that these gloves are best suited to shorter rides.

Stand out feature: Solid, evergreen all-rounder, backed by a RiDE magazine recommendation some years back.
